Each property is inspected after every guest departure to ensure nothing was broken or stolen and everything is in great working order. We do proactive maintenance to ensure all AC filters are changed monthly, lightbulbs are working, drains are clear, and remotes are all programmed and functional.
Our goal is to impress every guest with industry-leading quality of service in every corner of the home. Each Elite Lake Rental property is assigned a dedicated housekeeping team who cleans the home after every guest check out, allowing them to become intimately familiar with the features that make it unique. As reflected in our Elite Clean Linen Program, linens and towels are freshly laundered to ensure each guest enjoys an elite experience.
All properties are provided with smart home technology addressing multiple items to keep your property safe, secure, and keep costs down. We provide a keyless lock (with dedicated cellular connection, no Wifi outage issues) allowing each guest to have a unique code that activates at check-in time and deactivates at check-out ensuring the security of your property. Additional smart home devices may be added such as patio door sensors and thermostats to automate temperatures based on occupancy.
We offer cutting edge noise monitoring devices to ensure guests are not being too loud disturbing the neighbors or not following HOA or local noise ordinances. These can also detect how many devices are connected to the internet to ensure occupancy rules are being followed as well as the temperature and humidity levels to ensure HVAC systems are working appropriately.
Each guest pays a damage waiver that includes insurance coverage up to $5,000 in case of theft, accidental damage, and even non-accidental damage. We also include $1M coverage for each reservation covering liability and bodily injury to ensure your property and family are covered at all times.
All primary guests undergo a criminal and sex offender background check to ensure only good people are staying in your property.
