The property also includes three convenient off-street parking spots for added ease.

Designed for relaxation and gathering, Heeler House features an open-concept living area with a cozy electric fireplace and a smart TV, making it the ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a spacious island, perfect for preparing meals and dining together.

The home comfortably accommodates up to six adults and two children with three well-appointed bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room:

The main-level bedroom features a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, as well as a smart TV for private entertainment.

Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has a full-size bed.

The upstairs bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, and there is also a half bath on the main level for added convenience.

The mudroom at the entrance is a great place to securely store bicycles or kayaks, making it perfect for guests who want to explore the area by land or water.

Start your mornings with coffee on the charming front porch, or spend your evenings on the spacious backyard deck. Enjoy a night under the stars with a fire pit and a propane barbecue grill, perfect for roasting marshmallows or grilling up your favorite meal. For security purposes, exterior security cameras are present on the property. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, unless children traveling with parents. Upon booking, you will need to provide your email address to sign our guest rental agreement prior to your stay.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure compliance with local ordinances and to maintain the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood. While the home is not pet-friendly, guests with allergies should note that animals have previously been present in the house.
