Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Queen-over-Queen bunk bed (top bunk has a 160 lb weight limit, great for kids)

Bedroom 5 (Main Level): Twin bed with a twin trundle

Parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway

For security purposes, exterior security cameras are present on the property. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, unless children traveling with parents. Upon booking, you will need to provide your email address to sign our guest rental agreement prior to your stay.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure compliance with local ordinances and to maintain the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood.
