With soaring vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and tranquil views overlooking the Lauderdale Marsh, this home is designed for families and small groups looking to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything lake life has to offer.

The main level is the heart of the home, where natural light fills the open living space and creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together, making it easy to cook, gather, and spend time together. Two large sliding doors open to an elevated deck that looks out over the marsh, offering a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor meals, or a glass of wine in the evening. The deck features a picnic table along with a gas grill and smoker, giving you everything you need for relaxed vacation cooking.

Also on the main level, you will find a comfortable queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and a bunk room designed for kids with two twin over twin bunk beds. This layout makes it easy for families to stay connected while still having space for everyone.

The lower level serves as the entry to the home and offers an additional living area that is perfect for relaxing or letting the kids unwind. A foosball table adds a fun element for friendly competition, while the separate seating area provides another place to gather. This level also includes a queen bedroom with a desk, ideal for anyone who needs to work remotely during their stay, along with a full bathroom and a laundry room for added convenience.

Upstairs, the loft provides a quiet retreat with a seating area and two additional twin beds. A full bathroom with a walk in shower is also located on this level, making it a comfortable and private space for guests.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight people, making it a great fit for families or two small groups traveling together. The layout allows for both shared time and personal space, which helps create a more relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Outside, guests can take advantage of the fire pit for evenings under the stars, sharing stories and making memories after a day on the water. The natural surroundings offer a sense of privacy and calm, while still being just minutes from local attractions.

Whether you bring your own boat or rent one nearby, the lakes offer plenty of opportunities for swimming, boating, and fishing. Lauderdale Landing is about ten minutes away and is a popular spot for lunch, dinner, and live music on the weekends.
